Politique de confidentialité

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This page sets out what personal data Kravento handles, why it is handled, how long it stays with us, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the web and the orders, enquiries, and returns that pass through it.

Data controller. Kravento, 11 Rue Danton, Agde, 34300, France, is the controller of the data described here. Privacy questions and requests go to info@kravento.my with “Privacy” in the subject line.

What is collected and why. Placing an order means we receive your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number if you supply one, and the items and amounts ordered. That data is used to fulfil the order, hand the parcel to Colissimo, Chronopost, or Colis Privé, manage any return, and maintain accounting records. The legal basis is performance of the contract.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed is also collected when the site is used. It supports site security, error diagnosis, and an understanding of which pages are actually used. The legal basis here is our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop.

Messages sent by email, telephone, or through the Contact page form are kept together with our reply, so the enquiry can be resolved and the exchange recorded.

Marketing emails are sent only where consent has been given. The legal basis is consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to info@kravento.my. Withdrawal does not affect order updates or after-sales messages.

Sharing. Delivery data goes to the carrier assigned to the parcel. Payment data goes to the payment processor so the transaction can complete. Personal data is not sold. It is not passed to advertising networks for cross-site behavioural advertising. Service providers acting for Kravento may use it only for the service they provide to us.

Retention. Order and invoice records are held for 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year, matching French accounting requirements. Contact enquiries are held for up to 3 years from the last exchange unless a longer period is needed for a dispute. Marketing consent records are kept until consent is withdrawn and are removed within 3 years of the last interaction. Technical logs are held for a shorter operational period and are not used to identify individual visitors unless a security investigation requires it.

Your rights. If you are in the European Union, you may ask for access to the personal data held about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where no overriding legal obligation requires retention, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability where it applies. Requests go to info@kravento.my. We reply within one month; for complex requests we may extend that period and will tell you if we do.

California residents. California residents may ask to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties receiving it. They may also request deletion, subject to legal exceptions, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Kravento does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Requests go to info@kravento.my with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. Verification uses the email address linked to the order or enquiry. Authorised agents may submit requests where California law allows.

Cookies. Essential cookies keep the basket and secure session working. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with consent given through the cookie banner or settings. Choices can be changed at any time through the cookie settings link. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from completing.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area. The shop and order systems run from France. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR-recognised safeguards are used for the transfer.

Changes. If data practices change, this page and the “Last updated” date are revised.
