Conditions d’utilisation
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms cover orders placed on the web. Placing an order means you accept them alongside the Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Who we are. Kravento is the name used for this shop. The business operates from 11 Rue Danton, Agde, 34300, France. Reach us at info@kravento.my or +33 634145045, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central European Time.
Stock and availability. Items are offered while stock lasts. Where something is out of stock, the product page says so before checkout. If an item sells out after an order is placed, we will email you and offer a later dispatch date, a comparable substitute with your agreement, or a full refund to the original payment method. We do not charge for an item we already know cannot be supplied within a reasonable time without first telling you.
Pricing and payment. Every price on kravento.my is a total price in euros, inclusive of French VAT. Delivery within Metropolitan France is free. The figure on the final checkout screen, before you confirm, is the amount taken. Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal are accepted. Payment is collected at the point of order. Card details go to our payment provider; Kravento keeps no full card numbers on its own systems.
Order confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address entered at checkout. If it has not appeared within 30 minutes, look in the spam folder, then write to info@kravento.my. That email sets out the items, the delivery address, the total taken, and the expected preparation and transit times.
Withdrawal right. Consumers in France or another European Union member state have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains the mechanics. It does not reduce or replace that statutory right.
Liability. We are responsible for supplying goods that match the contract. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays after dispatch, severe weather, or disruption to postal services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that French consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law. French law governs these terms. If a dispute cannot be settled by contacting us, you may use the consumer mediation route available under French law. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Updates. These terms may change to reflect operational or legal developments. The version live when an order is placed is the version that applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the current version came into force.
